Whitefield has become a self-sustaining suburb with residential projects, modern-format retail malls, hotels and other social infrastructure. Whitefield can be easily reached from any part of the city via two streches in KR Puram and Marathalli.

How is the past records of the builder? Till now how many project has been completed by the builder?

Skylark has completed 16 residential and 3 commercial projects. With over a 2.89 million square feet of construction under its belt. They have completed around 12 projects in Bangalore and 7 of their project are in different stage of construction.

This is the first time investment in real estate so little bit cautious. Has BBMP approved the project and what about the bank approvals and possession date?

The project is known to be approved by BDA and banks like SBI, LIC and ICICI has approved the project. The expected possession date is by March 2015.
