Yes the project get completed by this year end. The project offer 2 and 3 bhk apartments and the size of the apartment ranges from 1120 sqft to 1745 sqft.

Hi ,

I am planning to book a flat here. I am worrying about the lake and drainage. Have any one consultant local people go get the info about the lake smelling, lake condition(As per report, this lake is highly polluted), lake maintenance. I have noticed open drainage is very close to this project. but it wad dried. So, i am bit worrying. Can any one help me about the real picture of the locality

Locality and location wise its very well placed, lake is not much concern to Pavani Sarovar resident as its not directly facing the lake, drainage is open I agree, but that is outside the project so dont worry.

I am planning to invest in Pavani Sarovar, so two questions,

1) Can we get together and approach the builder to get a better price through group booking? Please do let me know.

2) I have read some negative reviews over certain forums on the builder. I understand every builder has some unhappy customers, so what do you people think? Anyone who has a direct feedback from a customer who probably stays in one of the apartments built by Pavani near Kundalahalli?

Builder says it is CREDAI approved. I could not fine Pavani group or Anjani constructions in CREDAI list. Anybody has booked here?
