I am planning to book a flat here. I am worrying about the lake and drainage. Have any one consultant local people go get the info about the lake smelling, lake condition(As per report, this lake is highly polluted), lake maintenance. I have noticed open drainage is very close to this project. but it wad dried. So, i am bit worrying. Can any one help me about the real picture of the locality
Locality and location wise its very well placed, lake is not much concern to Pavani Sarovar resident as its not directly facing the lake, drainage is open I agree, but that is outside the project so dont worry.
I have found gravy yard opposite to this apartment like in Varma movie. My kid has to get-in bus and get-down opposite to this place. So, I have dropped buying flat here. Thanks Rahul
