Hi Sandeep ji. Please come on site and see the construction ..on site you can see construction gojjng on full swing .and one more thing we are not into defaulter list ..which is declared by Greater noida Authority. Any one can see on greater noida Authority page ....

Hi,
Dear All, Do not even think to invest in this project.I have invested in this project in 2012 and builder promised the delivery by early 2015 at that time.But, construction hasn't even started yet.These days, I am trying to claim the refund and believe me, I am having hard time as they are just bluffing me with the process of refund since last 2months. Terrible experience.PSWHS executive Gaurav Jain (PSWHS has tie-up with Rajhans Group ) abused me on call when I asked why they are not refunding me my money.

Hi Sunil, I would not suggest to invest in this project, This project is going to delay till 2020 which is communicated by builder but still that is not clear.
