According to my knowledge, there are two projects thats going on Nirala Greenshire and Eros Sampoornam…. rest the land is still under some issue or something else.

But we cannot wait when the proposition will come and when it will get passed right. Guys i do not think this sector is worth investing … village all around, only after 5 km there are any connectivity, and hardly any good projects thats coming up.

As of now, the existing metro station close to Greater Noida West is will get two extensions, one to Sector 62 near National Highway 24 and the other till the Knowledge Park IV in Greater Noida.

When we talk about connectivity,Greater Noida West can be easily accessed from Delhi either by the Delhi-Noida Expressway through the Noida-Greater Noida Link road or by the National highway-24 through Dundahera.

Good connectivity through important roads Noida-Greater Noida Link road, DND Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, NH-24, NH-91, Dadri Road and proposed Greater Noida-Ghaziabad link road. Proposed Noida metro expansion will provide better connectivity to Greater Noida West.
