Q: Noida Extension is very argumentative place,but slowly the crowd is overlooking the cons of the area and treating it to be one of the best area for investment, kindly help me to understand the funda.
Latest Answer: See for investment, I dnt think it is a good area, as maximum parts of the sector 2 is covered with adabi. So the land issues might continue…so putting money there will be a risk factor.

Q: Earlier there marketing teans used to sell the flats with Credit Note Assurance and some of them have even sold the apartments on the basis that there is no Car parkig fees as its free.They still haven't mentioned this in there Rate list ,they are Charging it as Facility Charges.
