Interested to buy Flats not facing flyover in Durga Saffron

Q: Hi,
I am interested in buyin flat in Durga Saffron. However, brokers only showing once facing the flyover. Are there any flats available not facing flyover?

Hello, currently only one 3bhk is available which is on second floor flyover facing. But now they are changing the main doors and windows and making it sound proof, so that no noise disturbance come. The price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,800. IT is 3bhk duplex flat and the area would be around 2400 sq ft.
