Hi Guys, I am a first time investor. I am very much concern about pricing of this locality, sector 119. May i know price trend of this locality ? I came to know that there is no proper improvement in this price trend !!!!! Kindly provide me some info.
As per my knowledge, Sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price has now touched around 5500/sq-ft to 6000/sq-ft in 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement. Investors & developers are interested in this sector & this sector is providing a good deal for end users too.
As per my knowledge , it is well connected by over FNG Expressway and good connectivity to Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. It is just 6 km away from currently operated Metro Station , driving distance of 10-15 minutes and the commercial hub of Noida, Sector-18, is just a short drive away and Fortis Hospital at sector 62, one of NCR's premium hospitals is just 5 minutes away.
In my point of view, it is an excellent upcoming residential sector with schools, markets, malls, metro all nearby. The unrivalled combination of being located far from the hustle & bustle of the thriving metropolis. Investor has a great option to invest in newly launched project for more benefits as other projects in same sector are being offering the positioned to the clients.
According to me, this sector is only 4 Kms from existing Noida City Centre Metro Station. Shopprix Mall and markets are located nearby. Very well situated in the heart of Noida. Well connected to all near sectors like Sector 51, Sector 52 and Sector 61 and at a very decent 10 minutes drive able distance from Shipra Mall Indirapuram and Sector 18.
Hello Saras, The construction work has started and in full swing. This project offers 3/4 BHK from 2220-2700 sq.ft @6100/sq.ft where the price of 2BHK is Rs. 1.34 crores and 4BHK is Rs. 1.64 crores.
Sector 119 is very good location to reside. There is easy access to both sides of Noida business hubs-Sector 62 and also the Noida-G Noida Expressway.
Basic amenities and public transport are also nearby like Metro Station, Hospitals and various malls with in a radius of 4 - 5 kms.
I am a resident of sector-18, Noida. So, i can make sure you that availability of water and electricity in sufficient amount. This sector is very approachable since all the public transport facilities are available and fully developed infrastructure is already in place.

How is the infrastructural development in the near by areas? Is there any issue regarding water and electricity? Is the project has good connectivity with the other part of NCR?
Well Hritwik, As far as infrastructure development is concern it is the best location in Noida. End users planning to live here should have to wait for at least three to five years till then more development would have taken place. Power supply is another area of concern in this locality. Hi, you have Noida City Center metros station just 4 km away from the project..and this is a main road project, hence there will not be any issues about connectivity.
Yes, you have Noida Expressway , Dadri road and also a 30 mtr wide road, which will connect you to other sectors of Noida... So i do not think we should worry about that.
Hi, the sizes that are available are 575 sq ft to 2050 sq ft... And i would like to tell you that the project is approved all leading banks, hence you will not have any problem interms of home loan.
