DLF commanders court

Q: DLF commanders court chennai - DLF is charging to their. Us timers for the taxes and VAT paid by DLF to their suppliers and contractors during the construction of the project. Though this clause was part of the buyers agreement no one was aware of this clause. Would like to know such charges are legally allowed in India ? Is there any possibility to fight legally?

If you are the owner or resident of apartment then you can join the owners group of the same and discuss with other owners/residents of the project in the group. To join the owners group click DLF Commanders Court, Chennai

Hi...., You can discuss about this with the other owners who have booked an apartment in this project and form a group and fight against the builder legally. You can also take help from a local lawyer in this situation.
