Q: I am looking for a small office in Chennai( commercial area) for 5 to 6 ppl at the earliest. The company is based in Thailand and would liek to have a sales office at the earliest. Parking would be a plus.

DLF commanders court
Q: DLF commanders court chennai - DLF is charging to their. Us timers for the taxes and VAT paid by DLF to their suppliers and contractors during the construction of the project. Though this clause was part of the buyers agreement no one was aware of this clause. Would like to know such charges are legally allowed in India ? Is there any possibility to fight legally?
