yes it ready to move in but one more new issue i came to know there, initially builder promising every one A khatha transfer but now he is asking every flat owner 50000 rs for khatha transfer and as u already know STP is other issue
Hi Omi, If it mentioned that all the flats have to pay money for Khata transfer in the sales agreement then you have to pay the amount. Bit if it is not mention then I think you have to take advice from your legal expert.
Okay Rakesh, One more thing I came to know that their rate has not changed from lat july to this july its same 3100 rs per sq feet. And the people who are staying their are started complaining about the build quality. its average according to them.

Hi All, I am planning to buy a 2 BHK apartment in this project? Would like to how many of the apartments are sold till now? Will the possession done only for sold apartments? What would be the status of unsold apartments? Will they be unfinished status till it is sold by others?
Not sure but some are telling that the project is expected to get completed by August 2014 and some are telling it will get completed by 2014 September.
My dad wants to invest in KR Puram but I do not feel it is a good choice to invest in KR Puram because KR Puram does not have any IT Park. Need expert advice.
People work in Whitefield and Hebbal ( Manyata Tech Park) prefer to stay in K R Puram as the area is easily accessible and there are properties still available at an affordable price. I think your Dad has taken the right decision and it will fetch him good returns.

The expected possession date wil be by August 2014. This project is located near to Hoodi circle, ITPL main road. Yes it would be good for investment as the launching price was Rs 2,800 and current price is Rs 3,100. So the price is increasing, you can expect good returns in future.
