i have purchase flat in building no 14 in db three year before. what is stage of construction & when possition happen?

Q: bot this property 3 year before and till waiting for possition. only one demand letter till date.

Thank Sandeep, yes i am asking about orchid ozone only. As per sales team possession will be by end of 2015. But i have doubt that they will keep there promise. Till date only one demand letter has been received means no progress of work beyond plinth level.

Hi Bhushan, Are you talking about Orchid Ozone? If yes then they are telling that they will give possession by end of 2014 but in Phase manner and as far as i know there are 28 towers. It will be better if you can check with the sales person of the project.
