Oyster Living Dahisar East Project Query

Q: I am looking to Book a 2BHK @ Oyster Living Dahisar. Can some one please advise if the Builder will keep up to the Promise of delivering the Project- also what si the Current status of the project - I visited the site today and i still see all the existing Slum and Building as it is. Is it advisable to put Money here- it would be for my personal use and i can wait for 5 to 6 years

I have also booked at the time of launching the project but do far the are late by 1 year and gave new date of possession ie 2021

same here, i had also booked at launch tym. but till date no movements seems to be happening..latest work start tym they have committed from april 18...lets c

Hi. I have also invested in thier project in tower two. Looking at the current scenario im not confident about the timely completion of this project. Im really confused whether to hold back or quit. The 20-30% down payment scheme still exists for this project at a rate of 7200/sq-ft. Would like to know is there has been any progress on the site or in the approval procedure for this project? Can anybody updates current info in this project?

Hi Vinayak,
To be honest, builder has no reputation and almost all their project are delayed by 3-5 years. The construction work may go on and on and on...I would suggest against such developers. If someone looking to buy in Mira road then Poonam Garden area would be a great choice. It seems to me that lots of people have invested there tempted by low price and good marketing strategy.

Hi Bikram and Vinayak,
I have booked my 1 BHK last month with Oyster Living after researching a lot. It took me long but i can say its a safe investment now. One of my friend's relative who is working in SRA dept. had told me that their file has been approved under SRA scheme and it has gone to next level which ensures that the work will start soon. It was tough decision for me but after getting opinion from him i booked flat with them.
