Hi Dreamz...I have booked a flat in Dreamz Sai Sagar, JP Nagar...but looking at the customer complaints am worried if i have made a right choice. Could you please guide me. Also let me know the exact date of commencement of this project and completion date please.

It was told to me that the project will get completed by February 2015 now they are telling that it will be completed by 2016

Hey guys, I heard that construction is not yet started. May be this month end they are planning to launch. So I think those who are planning to buy should buy now..as this is the right buy. There must be some pre launch offers also.

@Dharmesh : Yes they are doing some slight negotiations. This project is under process for BBMP approval. This project is not yet launched.

@Dharmesh : Yes it would be good as the current price per sq ft is Rs 2,794. This is pre launch price..the price will be increased. You can get good returns in future.

@Dharmesh : This project is located in JP Nagar. The nearest landmark would be Brigade Millienium Apartments. It is very near to it. The booking charges is 10 perc of the price.

That means 2bhk will be under your budget. The total price for 2bhk is Rs 50 lakhs for 950-1150 sq ft and 3bhk is around Rs 60 lakhs for size 1300-1400 sq ft.
