Yes, i have checked the price scale of the area and my study says that the average price rate of the area is Rs 2,933 per Sq-ft. The price shoot up during April-June 2011. The highest value went upto Rs 8300 per sq ft.But now the price become bit stable , for now the price is around Rs 2900 per sq ft. hence investment now will be cheap but you have to wait for 5 years for better returns.
