Q: I want to know about project OZone Klassic in Rajnagr extention near VVip builders? is this project is genuine as they did'nt have approval from authorities yet. is this will be good investment or not?
Hi, I purchased 2 flat at Ozone Classik and gave Rs 20 lakhs as registration amount on January 2012. Till date they did not gave me any response. All executives mobile phone are switched off. No one presents at site office. What should I do?
i have done some research on project. i came to know that the partner ANTHEM has not so good Repution in Market and also that they did'nt got the GDA Approval (Sturggling from last 18 Months) yet as they have still Short of Finances. Is this True? well Location is good But there is also High Tension Electric Cable Crossing over from the Plot.

Other things to go through are project approved by banks or not, construction status, all clearance certificates and many more .
Hi everybody, But it is also heard that Raj Nagar Extension is an adjoining perennially green and unpolluted belt, owing to the fact Ghaziabad Development Authority has declared 500 acres along Hindon river as a green belt and banned all construction activity in the area. I have checked the price trend of the area and the average price rate of the area is Rs 3100/Sq-ft. The price shoot up during April-June 2011. The highest value went upto Rs 8300/sq ft. But now the price become bit stable, for now the price is around Rs 3200/sq ft. hence investment now will be cheap but you have to wait for 5 years for better returns.
