Hi Rajkumar,
the locality is very good. Price of 1 bhk is 39 lakhs and price of 2bhk is 59 lakhs. This price does not include maintenance charges (in advance for 18 months) and healthcare facilities charges. The total for a 2 bhk comes to 75 lakhs. There is an advertisement for sale at tata riva in this website(commonfloor). You can contact the owner and get the details
