I found Microtek Greenburg a very good project in terms of transparency and their commitment for delivery of project. I have been into the site and had a very good experience. The project is being developed, designed & constructed by Larsen & Toubro. All the luxury features like Spacious Corridors, Italian marble, Grohe/Duravit with Four Fixture bathroom fittings, Air-Conditioners in all rooms, Premium Modular Kitchen with attached utility balcony, Provision for Breakfast Counter, Jacuzzi Bath Tubs, Loft for Storage and SS railing toughened glass and attached spacious balconies with all rooms. The project is well connected to IGI Airport, NH-8 and NPR. As per my knowledge, this project has approval from HDFC Bank, LIC HFL , Axis Bank & ICICI Bank. Construction work is on full swing. As of now 11th floor construction is going on. This project is located in one of the prime residential location . L & T builder is constructing this project. Very new & unique techniques are being used in this project. This project is nearly 1.5km from high way.

Banks like HDFC, ICICI,SBI, Axis and LIC... have approved the project! You can home loan from the concerned banks :) I guess they will approved atleast 70 per cent home loan.

Deep, this is premium project hence the price is on the higher side. Moreover the price is Rs 7150 per sq ft . This is just a BSP , you have to pay extra charges for parking and maintenance...

Hi, Mr Kher i feel the project is very good for investment, because the project is still under construction so if you invest now, til the possession of the project, i feel the price will become double.One more thing to keep in mind that this is a new launch project. Before the price move up, make a quick decision.
