I booked a flat in pre launch about 4 and 1/2 years ago in Unitech habitiat greater noida

Q: At that time, I was booked in tower 4 and provided an allotment letter. But after a while i was transferred in tower 10. Unitech rep said they will provide me with a possession letter in couple of months. But its been 3 years now, and Unitech rep keep postponing it. I'm wondering if there are any people with the possession letter or people in a similar situation. Please reply if you are having similar problem.

If you want to shift, then better get the flat transferred in tower 10 to 19. There is no hope of any work in tower 2. As you are in Gurgaon, you can contact them in Unitech office Gurgaon or Saket other wise meet Mr Rajiv Kapoor in Sector 96 Noida.

I have been offered possession in Tower 10 after a lot of efforts. Still following up with them to get the work completed and take physical possession. Hopefully in next 3-4 months

What is the status now? I have a flat in Tower 2 and still no signs of possession and no work happening. What are you guys doing about it? If you want to sell, no one wants to buy because even transfer is very difficult.

Hi, even i tried contacting them, but the numbers are not reachable it seems. Although their site shows the pictures of the completed towers. They have also posted pics of completed gym . I guess you should personally go there and meet them.
