When even after 9 years we do not get delivery in our tower nos 7 flat what should be the course of action ?

Q: What is the position of this complex ? We still have not got possession of this flat even after 9 years . Almost whole payment done EMI interest on .

Hi, I booked my flat in tower 19 in 2007 and after 8 years of run around there is still no time frame about possession. I have been talking to one Sumit gaur who keeps telling me to call accounts department. He gave me 3 landline and 2 cell numbers and email address. No one picks up on the phone number and no reply on email. What should I do? Has anyone else got any idea.
