I am looking for a 2000 sqft plot. How much will be the price and which all banks are providing loan for the same?

As far as I know the project has got approvals from all the leading banks and the price of a 2000 sqft plot will cost your around Rs 77 lakhs approx.

Hi Bhargav, Kr Puram does have any IT Park, the what is the main reason for the locality to see such huge appreciation and good retuirns.

People working in Whitefield and Hebbal ( Manyata Tech Park) prefer to stay in KR Puram as the area is easily accessible and there are properties still available at an affordable price. Whitefield real estate market is getting saturated as far as I know
