Booking refund Sobha lake garden

Q: I have Booked 1BHK in Sobha Lake garden, but cancellation is really becoming difficult it would be of great help if someone in sobha can help me in getting the booking amount refunded it has been Six month since i am following up with various officials in sobha lake garden for Booking amount refund, i am ready for the deduction as per the clause but still there are no responses

If you request they will not care your feelings. Better file a complaint with state RERA authorities for not refunding booking amount even i am ready for the deduction as per the clause.

Yes, i am agree with Shenoy. Write a mail to builder asking for refund amount. If you are not getting any response after 15 days of mail. Take a hard copy of the mail for the proof and file a suit in the consumer forum as well as Karnataka RERA. I am sure next time they will give you attention.
