We were planning to buy an apartment on Haralur main road since many projects are coming up there. Can anyone suggest how's this area gonna develop in one or two years? Is there any water problem in Harlur road?
Hi Bijoy, The area is fast developing because it is close to Hosa road and NH 7 so after few years you can expect appreciation. Water crisis is a big headache all over Bangalore. So every one have to be depended on water tankers but not always.
If I have to choose between Hosa Road, Electronic City and Harluru road then which one will be a better choice as of now for investment purpose. What is the price trends going on in Hurluru road?
Compared to Harlur Road, Hosa Road and Eletronic City, E city is better choice today. It's not that these locations are bad but prices are so high to justify them. I recently went to Hosa road and Harlur road and was surprised by the mad rush there. So think twice and do research before investing in any of the areas in Bangalore. In the Apr-June quarter of 2013, the property price in Harluru Road was to Rs 5700 per sq. ft and which is increase more in this quarter.
Haralur road is well connected to all shopping malls, schools, main road, hospital and offices. It is center to all major places like HSR layout, Electronic city, Sarjapur road and Silk board.
Schools/ Colleges within 5 kns radius: Amrita Engineering College Aamatra Academy College Vibgyor High School

Malls with 5 kms radius: Total mall Big bazaar and Bangalore central
Railway/ Airport:
Bangalore city Junction is around 18 kms from Haralur road and BIAL is around 52 kms from this area.
Harlur is a very prime location to live for and have good connectivity to other parts of the city by ORR, E- city and Sarjapur road.. The area is very safe to stay with a family. But the only disadvantage is that the area is having a very narrow roads which might create traffic congestion in the future when the area is fully developed.
