How far is Prestige project from here?

@Deepak, Are you talking about Prestige Augusta Golf Village? If yes then the project is around 7 kms from Asha Township and it will take around 12 mins

I also have a North East facing site on the main road of the layout = BBMP limits 60*90 = 5400 Sq. Ft. Expected price Rs. 2,000 per Sq. Ft.

The current price per sq ft is Rs 1,450. Yes the price is negotiable... For 1200 sq ft it is around 21 lakhs,..

The airport is just 10 kms and ITPL is just 10 km.. I guess it is very good for long term investments.

@Rajkumar...Currently there are 5 resale plots available. It is located Billesvalle, Hennur Road. This project was completed by august 2013. It is approved by CMC.
