And to talk about investment Dwarka Expressway and Gold Course road are two hottest destination for investment. You will for sure have double return if you invest now. If you are putting Rs 35 lac now... it will become Rs 70 lac in 2016 or so :)

Guys, I have checked the site of the project but i did not get any details about the payment plan and the price they are quoting! Kindly help.

Hi Mr Aloke .. they have 3 payment plans Flexi, CLP and Down-payment. They are quoting Rs 5400 per sq ft that will come to Rs 36 lac. You also have to pay EDC...

Hello all. Can any one update me about the bank approvals?? I am looking for home loan ..I do not know which are the banks that have approved the project. Kindly help.

hi Pramela.. i had a word with the sales executive they said all leading banks have approved the project and you will get 80 % of the loan..
