Q: Hi, how is the project ?? I know the builder has good reputation, but want to know about the price they are quoting!

Hey Wahi, I have looked through the project... this project has good reputation.The location of the project is also very good . It is near to Fortis hospital, Sector 18 is within 15 min and the major connectivity is through Noida Greater Noida Expressway. :)

Hi Alo.. Banks like HDFC, Axis,LIC, ICICI have approved the project. They will give you around 80 % home loan .....

Amarapali is a good and well reputed builder.. just that they have few projects whose possession was delayed due to some land issues. Whereas this is a new launched project by Amrapali.. Do not worry about the builder.Are you looking for investment or end use?

Hmmm yaar they are quoting Rs 3250 per sq ft and the EDC that is parking charged and maintenance charges...
