Hey Praneetha the project is connected to NH 2, Noida Greater Noida Expressway, and a 45 m wide road all road. And also a proposed metro station. Hence the connectivity of the project is very good.

Hey Praneetha right now you have metro station in Sector 32 . It is just 5-10 min away from the project!! :)

hi, Geeta the rate they are quoting is Rs 6000 per sq ft and they have 2-3-4 Bhks with a sq ft area of 1265 sq ft to 4500 sq ft. You have have 3 types of payment plans..

Yes Anwar... the project is approved by Banks like HDFC, ICICI and you will get around 80 % home loan. And the possession of the project is decided in 2016 end ... it will take 2 years to get completed.

Gardenia Group has launched yet another project in Noida. Gardenia Gateway is located in Sector-75.The builder as par market news is good and reputed. But all projects in Noida is delivered after a delay.So be careful with that.
