Its been months nobody posted in this column.Did anyone of you booked for Morpheus Pratiksha or anyone you know???is it a right project to get in?Last sunday i had meeting with Mr. Anurag of A to Z builder.He said the possession will be by end of 2017.Now few of his units are sold to some other retailer.I selected a unit which is under that retailer.According to him the first payment while booking will be of 10% of BSP which should be in the name of that retailer.All the transfer of documents will done by them.Is that safe?i believe i should get a receipt from Morpheus and not from that retailer..right???Kindly suggest asap as if it goes well..i will book it coming weekend.

Kartik the project is located just 3km from the FNG corridor, 3 km drive to Delhi and all schools and commercial complexes are already there. So the [lace is quite livable :)
Heya Kartik, as per as I know, the possession date is not yet decided as this is a pre launch project. I think the project will take 34 months to get over. To be on the safe side take six month as grace period.
Hi Mukesh are you looking for investment??? This is a pre launch project and investment in pre launch project is always good and productive. They are offering 2 ,3,4 Bhks with a sq ft ranges between 940 to 2400 sq ft :) what is your budget?
Hmm the price is not yet told by the sales person Rs 2900 per sq ft. The price is again to rise up. So i feel if you are looking seriously for the project,book it now.:)
