As per my knowledge, this is one of the luxurious popular residential development in Srctor-78 , Noida. This project offers spacious 3&4BHK apartment, area ranging from 2500 sq-ft to 4425 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 6000/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2018. This project has spread over 10 acres of land, having nearly 550 units . World famous Hafeez Contractor is the architect of this project.

Guys I have heard that project has good connectivity. I really liked the project. I want to share the location with you guys... the project is closed to Expressway and a wide road surrounds the project and connects it with rest of the sectors..This wil also help in appreciating the price of the project.
