The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments in this project with size ranging from 1060 sq.ft. -1635 sq.ft. The project will have 480 units, 2 towers and 4 blocks.

@Dinesh, According few surveys, short term investment or long term investment, Yamuna expressway will give 10-15% appreciation in capital value with an upward value at any time.

hmmm i can tel you about the project's approvals... the banks like HDFC, ICICI and Axis banks. You will get around 80 percent home loan from the concerned banks.

Hmmm they have quoted Rs 2990 per sq ft and also the possession of the project is expected within 3 years . i would also like to tell you that keep a grace period of 7 months .
