Hi when is the possession of the project??and can you also tell me about location of the project????

Hey the project's delivery date is expected in 2014 dec or so... But i will also ask you to take grace period of six months to be on the safer side...This is a society which might take a bit longer time for developing.

and about the location of the project it is sector 16 Greater Noida and you will have noida expressway and also proposed metro which is 1.5 km.

Hi they are quoting Rs 3000 per sq ft and this price is all inclusive. You will get home loan from Canada Corporation Bank, DHFL and Maharatra Bank.
