As per my knowledge, MF Vruksha is one of the popular residential apartment project in Chennai. Project is located in prime location called Nanmangalam. All daily basic amenities are nearby . This project offers 1BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK apartments. Builder quoted price is around 5500/sq-ft. This project is now in ready to occupy stage.

Hey do you know which bank provide loan ? What is the current price per sq ft ? Is there any availability for resale ?

Banks such as HDFC has approval for home loan. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 5,100. No currently no resale is available. This project was completed by aug 2013.

So far I dint hear any bad review about this project. The price for 1bhk is around Rs 30 lakhs and for 2bhk is 64 lakhs for 1117-1240 sq ft.

@Srinivas : It is just 6 kms from Velacherry MRTS Station, 6kms from OMR (IT Corridor) Road. City Airport is also within 6 kms and mere 3kms from Balaji Dental College and 3kms from Kamakshi Memorial Hospital.. I liked the location.

Hello Viswanathan, MF Vruksha consist of 2 bhk and 2.5 bhk apartments in an area ranging between 847 sq ft to 1117 sq ft. It consists of 6 residential blocks and over 200 spacious houses. It is located at Nanmangalam in Kovilambakkam -Nanmangalam Main Road in Chennai with 6 buildings spread over 24 floors in total.

This apartment is not the spacious apartment as it appears..there are many issues including land encroachment, deviations from CMDA approval documents, limited parking area, quality of construction, etc.. please visit and meet residing owners or association members to get clarified about the major issues here..
