There will be 525 villas, in three phases. The price of the villas ranges from Rs 1.26 crores to Rs 3.26 crores approximately.

Samskruthi Maurya is an Integrated Green Township, coming up closer to Jigani, on a 100 acre land area. Maurya is 100% Water, Power and Wastage Sustainable. The project offers four types of villas namely Bindusara, Ashoka1, Ashoka2 and Dasharatha with plot area ranging from 1925 sqft to 4250 sqft. The built up area ranges from 2836 Sq.Ft. to 8216 Sq.Ft.

Who has approved the project and when they are planning to complete the project?

As far as I know the construction work was suppose to start from first week of November and they are progressively going to deliver the villas and complete by end 2015. The project is approved by BMRDA and banks like LIC, SBI and HDFC.
