Hi Karthik,

I got the legal reviewed by a lawyer , no issues with the land but they have not got the approval for 4th floor and above, they are getting the approval and hence the delay.

Hi Pramod, Is there any issue with the project? Because last week I had a word with the marketing guy of Sri Tirumala Sarovar and they are telling that the project will get completed by August 2015. If let me know if there is any issue as I am planning to buy an apartment in the same.
