Singasandra is located off Hosur Road and located strategically between Koramangala and Electronic City. It has good connectivity to Sarjapur Road via Haralur and Hosa Road.

Singasandra is well developing locality and this is a BDA layout now under the BBMP limits.It is a developing layout with a lot of growth potential hence a good option for investing in for commercial as well as residential land.

The project is located at Singasandra, AECS layout near to Dakshin Honda showroom & service center. It is 20 mins drive from Electronic City. The project has got approval from BBMP and all leading banks.

What will be the price of an apartment in this project? How many apartments are planned and when is the expected possession date?

The price of apartment in this project starts from Rs 33.17 lakhs on wards. There will be a total of 35 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk. As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by November 2016.
