Yes the builder has received OC for this project and the price of a 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 50.50 lakhs approx.

How many apartments will be there in this project? Any idea if there is any kind of deviation in this project? When they are planning to give the possession?

There will be a total of 88 apartments with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The estimated possession date of the project is by March 2017 and there is zero deviation in this project.

Which all banks have approved the project? What is the area of the apartments and what about the water supply? How much will a 2 bhk cost me all inclusive?

Banks like SBI, HDFC and Axis have approved the project. There will be 6 bore wells for water supply in this project and it is a car parking+4 upper floors structure.

The price of a 2 bhk will cost you around rs 57 lacs all inclusive. The area of a 2 bhk apartment is 1240 sqft and the area of 3 bhk ranges from 1450 sqft to 1680 sqft.

Singasandra is located off Hosur Road and located strategically between Koramangala and Electronic City. It has good connectivity to Sarjapur Road via Haralur and Hosa Road.

Singasandra is well developing locality and this is a BDA layout now under the BBMP limits.It is a developing layout with a lot of growth potential hence a good option for investing in for commercial as well as residential land.

Currently the rate per sqft going on in Metropolis Gurukrupa is Rs 3800. The project has got approval from BBMP and the sales rep[representative told me that they are give A Khata, Occupancy Certificate and CC as well.
