Dear All,

The project is going through a lot of delays. The builder has started booking more than a year back but till date no work has started. All they keep saying is that the CC is yet to be recevd. Looks like a shady deal here.

When can I expect the completion date ?? Which all banks havre approvals for home loans in this project ?

@Rubiya : The completion date will be by dec 2015. Almost all leading insitutions have approvals in this project. :)

As far as I know it is a good project and so far didnt hear any bad reviews about this project. They are also providing negotiations in this project.

@Rubiya, this project is approved by MMRDA. This project was launched one to two months back and the launching price is Rs 4,450.

Hey Rubiya, the booking charges is around 15 perc of the total price. Currently the contruction is yet to be started.

Hi Vineet, this project has 1bhk (651 sq ft) will be around Rs 27.99, and for 2bhk it would be around Rs 45 lakhs for 1010-1011 sq ft,..It is located in Dombivli East, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
