How is the project locality and connectivity to the other parts of the city? Which are the prominent developer of this locality? What is the current residential property rate is going on in the locality?

Thane West is one of the well-developed localities in Mumbai which falls under the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. It is only 4.3 kms from 7-minute drive from Eastern Express Highway and 5.1 kms from the Thane Railway Station. It is also within close proximity to NH-3, NH-4 and enjoys good connectivity with the rest of Mumbai.

The average residential property rate in the locality is Rs. 9050/sq-ft. Thane offers units with sizes ranging from 400 sq. ft. to 5000 sq. ft. Rustomjee, Kalpataru Group, Lodha, Hiranandani and Hubtown are some of the reputed builders in this locality.

@Rubiya : Currently 2bhk and 3bhk are available. The price for 2bhk is Rs 1.13 cr for 900 sq ft and 3bhk for Rs 1.32 crore for 1155 sq ft.

@Rubiya : For negotiations you have to talk to the builder, currently the finishing work is going on. This project consist of 18 building with 22 floors.

@Rubiya : The current price per sq ft will be Rs 12,000. As far as I know almost all leading banks have approval for home loans.
