Hello Ashish, I came to know that Hiranandani are coming up with lavish housing project in Patlipada. I being a NRI looking to buy or invest in a property in this project. Will I get a good resale value in case I sell the property in future. Do let me know. Also the does the price includes property tax too??
Hi, Yes you heard it right Mr Sandeep. Hiranandani is coming up with ongoing residential project called Hiranandani Estate Cardinal which is located in Patipada. Since the project is managed by Hiranandani Group, you will surely get a good resale value in case if you tend to sell it in future subject to real estate market conditions at that point of time. The builders name itself says it all. The price they are quoting is only for the flat which includes stamp duty charges and registration. You have to pay the property tax separately based on the area of the flat you are booking.
Hi Sankalp, I thought I could get a 1 or 2 BHK flat in this project and proudly say that I owe a property in Hiranandani Estate Cardinal with my head high.
Ha Ha Ha. Even I came across that Hiranandani Estate Cardinal has no units available in 1 and 2 BHK. But they have only 3 BHK flats having a big area measuring 1000 sqft onwards. I think they should have targeted mid range units too to attract potential mid income buyers.
Hello Vineet, Hiranandani Builders are coming with posh luxurious flats in range of 3 BHK in Patlipada. The apartments have 18 floors and the cost of the flat comes to about Rs.1.09 crore onwards. They are quoting Rs. 12300 as per sqft rate.
Arey Baapre!!! Itna Mahenga. Looks like they are targeting only premium segment buyers like people belonging to high income group. Only such persons can afford to book a flat in this project.
