The location is in hebbal 2nd stage ,its actually basti pura . I am not aware of cost of land in basti pura.can anyone advise

These people are advertising about this from past 2 year but nothing is developed yet. Looks like there is some issue with the Project

i booked a plot here 2 years back but still they are not developed anything :(, its very sad that even after 2 years they are telling stories about why they still not started the project. initially they were blaming Karnataka elections and now they are telling that they have not got an approval yet from MUDA. Its very surprising that initially they said that they have all the approval and within 3 months they will complete the project but still its not even started.

@Mritunjoy : Yes the project is approved by MUDA, KSPCB and the almost all leading banks have approvals for home loans in this project.

Hey amenities such as Garden, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Jogging Track are offered in this project. I have visited the site, I liked the location.

Hi Rakesh : currently they have 1200 sq ft plots to 4000 sq ft plots. It still under construction now and it has complete with jogging tracks and 15 acres of Park area .
