what is current per sqft rate for 1 bhk of arihant anmol and what is area of house?

Hello,
Came to know that the current rate per sqft is Rs. 3050. 1 BHK comes with an area measuring about 650 sqft.

What is the booking charges ?? Is the project approved ? Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ?

@Srikumar : The booking charges will be Rs 1 lakh as token amount and within 20 days you have to pay 20 perc of the total amount.

Banks such as SBI, HDFC, LIC, Federal, Axis bank have approvals for home loans in this project. The completion date will be by dec 2014. The present price per sq ft will be Rs 3,050.

This project is located Badlapur East, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The nearest landmark will be Harwai chowk which would be just 2mins walkable distance .

@Lalit : The expected completion date will be around dec 2014. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 34 lakhs for 920 sq ft and for 1bhk it would be around Rs 25 lakhs for 665 sq ft.
