Has the project got all the approvals from BBMP and all the banks? What is the price per sqft going on?

Yes the project has got approval from BBMP and banks like Corporation, HDFC, Axis, LIC, IDBI and SBI. The present rate per sqft in Shivaganga Park VIew is Rs 2900.

SGS Park View is the new project by Shivaganga Shelters. The project is already launched and it will get completed by end of 2014.

Shivaganga Infra is the builder who is constructing Shivaganga Prasiddi and Shivaganga Silverline. They are not the same. I think SGS Park View is the first project by Shivaganga Shelters.
