H people , any one has any idea about the possession date of the project? Any news of delay??? Kindly inform me!

Till now we are expecting the delivery in Dec 2013. I would ask you to take a grace period of 3 months.! As such no delays!!

Hmmm yes there is an availability of 3 bhk and the size is 1475 sq ft and they are asking Rs 83 lac including all. About banks IDBI, Corporation bank and reliance finance have approved the project.

Hi, Amitabh they are offering 2-3 bhks, sizes ranges between 1050 sq.ft to 1475 sq.ft. the price they are quoting is Rs 5550 per sq ft. What is your requirement!
