How much is the average selling price going on in this project? How is the locality from end use prospect and investment point of view?

Currently the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4945. Bannerghatta Road is one of the fastest growing localities in Bengaluru. Commonly known as BG Road, this road is located on the State Highway 87. Bannerghatta Road has managed to attract a lot of people from different parts of the city. This in turn, has created a boom in the real estate sector. The locality is good for both investment and end use purpose.

The price of an apartment in this project starts from Rs 2.67 crores and there will be a total of 174 units with a combination of 2, 3 bhk apartments and penthouses.

Hi Tamana, the project will have 96 ( 3 bhk units), 31 ( 4 bhk units) and 2 ( 4 bhk duplex penthouses). There will be two blocks. Block 1 will have base+ ground+8 floors and Block 2 will have base+ ground+9 floors. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 10,000. The price of the apartments ranges from Rs 2.40 crores to Rs 4.27 crores.
