This project has been approved by many banks including bank of baroda, icici bank, hdfc , PNB, axis bank..so you are good there

I had a word with sales executive they told the latest price they are quoting is Rs 5800 per sq ft. This is not an inclusive price. You have to pay the registration and EDC charges differently.

People the project has great locational advantages , it is situated in very close to Noida Expressway and 6 -10 km away from Delhi. Hence traveling will be very comfortable.

Hi according to my knowledge the possession date of the project is in 2014 dec.You know take a grace period of 6 months to be on the safe side!
