Latest Answer: I agree with Sujatha, there is no comparison between Shubhkamna home and Unitech Homes.

What about builder, shubhkamna ,
Q: they do not have any reputation in market , is the builder going to build same socirties as near by builder will make like Paras, Logix as they are good in terms of building socities whereas shubhkamna earlier projects seems old style
