This area is somewhat far from city but still a good place to invest as well as to live in upcoming years. I visited the Harihar Nagar Project behind st Palotti eng college. Good construction of bungalows is going over there.

I heard a lot that real estate market in Nagpur Ha dead. But the fact is that the Nagpur real estate market is not dead. It is growing day by day and people has good options to buy as well as invest in property. yes, resale properties got less response now a days as there are few new build apartments and bungalows available at best prices. Manish Nagar has become the center of Nagpur property development because of its location and easy reach to main markets, railways station and airport.

The major reason behind it is people believe that if the BJP comes to power, 10-15% price correction is likely to see. Last time too, when the BJP came to power, realty prices fell sharply. This time too, p[eople are thinking that there will be a correction of policies and speedy approvals with regard to environment clearances in case of a change of government at the Center. It will help increase the supply, resulting in price correction too.

I will suggest Pyramid city a better option for the rate Rs 2600 /- comparatively more nearer and same facilities .

Hi Tamal, almost all leading banks have approval for home loans in this project i.e HDFC, LIC, Axis ICICI have approval for home loans. This project includes 1bhk to 4 bhk. Which unit are you planning to buy ??

Hey guys the units such as 1bhk, 1.5 bhk, 2bhk , 3bhk and 4 bhks are available. The price for 2bhk will be 50 lakhs and for 3bhk will be 65 to 70 lakhs. It includes total of 10 floors.
