Prabhavati Square is one of the ongoing project by Prabhavathi Builder and the expected possession is by 2014. The project offers 1 and 2 bhk apartments and there will be around 36 flats in this project.

The rate per sqft the builder quoting is Rs 3400. BBMP and Axis bank has approved the project.
