@Gurmeet : The expected completion date will be by dec 2014. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 35.02L - 37.57L for 1030 - 1105 sq ft.

Hello Ramesh : Shivaganga Elegance is a project located in Uttarahalli Main Road, Uttarahalli. It is very close to many well-known locations, educational institutions, hospitals and shopping centers. The project is approved by BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB.

Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ?? What is the current price per sq ft ?

@Ramesh : Banks such as Axis, LIC, SBI, PNB, Can Fin Home Ltd have approvals for home loans in this project. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,400.
