It seems if a book a property now I can avail this 20:80 scheme @ Cypress in Devanahalli. How does this scheme works?

This 20:80 scheme means you have to pay 10% in 30 days, another 10% in 60 days and the rest 80% on possession.

The price of the apartment starts from Rs 88 lakhs on wards. The project is loaded with amenities such as 2 Badminton Courts, Tennis Court, 2 Squash Courts, Gym, Yoga, 1 Aerobics Room, Spa, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi & Games Room for Foosball, Pool and Air Hockey.

Hiranandani are one of the reputed builders of national fame who have pan India presence and known for their quality constructions and timely delivery of the projects to its customers. The project is well networked by NH7 and ongoing trumpet freeway. BIAL is approx 5 kms from the location of the project. It is also at few proximity from Devanahalli Business Park.

Will there be any price consideration or discount if booked early? Will there be any legal issues once I book a flat in Hiranandani Cypress?

Yes there will be offers given to customers who come on first come first serve basis. No there will not be any legal issues since the project is already approved by BBMP and BIAPPA and the property titles and deed are clear and genuine.

The current price going on is Rs. 4000 per sq ft and the project has approval from BIAPPA and not by BBMP. The price for the 2 BHK apartments starts from 62 lac onwards including registration.
