What is the total land area in this project and what sizes of plots are available in this project?

The residential project is spread over 4 million Sq Ft. with a provision to extend up to another 8-10 million Sq ft. The project offers 30X40 , 30x50, 60x40, 50x80 & Odd sizes of plots in this project.

Please beware of this project as it is highly unprofessional company and there is no loan for this property. They would tell you all this story and nothing would happen later. i am already suffering because of this builder and invested my hard income and waiting for site and loan. These guys would blame their own employees and marketing channel and will tell that they have promised you the same and we have not promised and they will just wash away their hands. my suggestion that please dnt buy anything from them. They have very unprofessional people like Suresh, Anand etc etc

They are saying that they have loan approval from IDBI and LIC. Is it false? And is the approval and all genuine or not.

@Neha: The completion date will be by march 2014. The area is close to international airport and is in close proximity to several major developments. It is well connected to North of Bangalore and yet away from the hustle bustle of the city. Several resorts including Old Bangalore and schools like Canadian International are within a short driving distance.

Devanahalli is the perfect place for long term investors, which will yield very good returns; development is fast in Devanahalli area because of the international airport, and also because of the sanctioning of SEZ here.
